Refund policy

We want you to be thrilled with your Highbury Generation garments. This policy is in line with your UK statutory rights under law.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason. To start a return please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@wewillbrandyou.com

Once we authorise your return you have 14 days to send the item/s back.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

Items MUST be unused, unwashed and in original condition (along with any tags/packaging where applicable)

REFUNDS

Once we receive & inspect your return we will issue a refund within 14 days. Original delivery costs will also be refunded. Please note you are responsible for the cost of returning the items unless item is faulty, damaged.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us straight away with photos if possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including postage.

WRONG SIZE ORDERED

Returns for items that don't fit are accepted but customers are responsible for the return postage. To avoid this PLEASE check the size guide on the product page carefully before ordering

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund & place  new order.
